You are proactive in monitoring regulatory changes and can swiftly adapt internal processes to ensure compliance. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate compliance requirements clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience in a fintech company or a similar industry is a plus. Familiarity with Banking as a Service (BaaS) and electronic financial transaction laws will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing internal control systems that ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. You will work closely with business units from the initial stages of new financial service launches to ensure that compliance measures are integrated from the outset. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and analysis of regulatory changes, allowing you to proactively adjust internal controls and support business innovation while managing potential risks. You will also be tasked with developing and enhancing the financial consumer protection framework, ensuring that customers feel secure and valued when using Coupang Pay's services. Your insights will help shape the compliance strategy, balancing regulatory requirements with business growth objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide practical risk solutions and guide the company in navigating the complexities of the financial landscape.
