What you'll do

As the Director of Compliance at Coupang, you will lead compliance efforts for Coupang Eats, ensuring that all operations adhere to local and international regulations. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide guidance on compliance-related matters, helping to integrate compliance into the company’s strategic initiatives.

You will also be responsible for training employees on compliance standards and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Your role will involve staying updated on regulatory changes and industry trends, adapting compliance strategies accordingly to maintain Coupang's reputation as a leader in the South Korean commerce industry.
