What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and refining AML processes, which includes developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with regulatory requirements. You will oversee the performance and development of the AML team, conducting regular training sessions and providing constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities. Your role will also involve managing communications with vendors to ensure the timely acquisition of necessary documents and information. You will play a crucial part in optimizing AML operational processes and strategies, ensuring that the team meets compliance standards effectively.
