What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Business Development team to build and refine programs that enhance Buyability and Selection Quality for Coupang's offerings in Taiwan. You will work cross-functionally with product teams, engineering teams, and catalog teams to ensure that all aspects of the shopping experience are optimized for customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing methodologies that support program objectives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence.

You will lead initiatives that require collaboration with various business leaders, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing program performance and making recommendations for enhancements based on data insights. You will also be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
