You possess excellent MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills, allowing you to create engaging and informative content for training sessions. Your communication skills are fluent, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with various departments.
You are flexible and adaptable, capable of handling new and diverse tasks as they arise. Your prior involvement in projects aimed at improving customer experience or operational processes demonstrates your commitment to enhancing service quality. You thrive in environments where you can contribute to the onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared to support sellers effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and manage training materials for all consultation skills in Seller Support, ensuring that the content is relevant and up-to-date. You will organize training operations for new business initiatives in Seller Support, collaborating with various teams to align training with business goals. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and training operations for new Seller Support Consultants and OSP agents, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
You will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics. By analyzing seller experiences, you will identify areas for improvement and implement training solutions that enhance overall service quality. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the Seller Support team.
