What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and tracking KPI metrics that are critical to Coupang's logistics operations. You will create and manage business reports that provide insights into delivery processes, helping to optimize the overall customer experience. Collaborating with various teams, you will analyze operational data to uncover insights that drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will involve presenting findings to key stakeholders and executives, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made at all levels of the organization.

You will also engage in data cleansing and simulation activities, ensuring that the data used for analysis is accurate and reliable. Your work will support pre- and post-project impact analyses, helping the team understand the effects of changes made within the logistics framework. As part of the TW Logistics Data and Analytics team, you will contribute to the design and development of data marts, optimizing data storage and retrieval processes to enhance reporting capabilities.
