You are skilled in setting and managing KPIs, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and data-driven storytelling abilities. Your excellent collaboration and communication skills make you a valuable business partner, and you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where you can adapt to change and uncertainty.

You have experience with NoSQL databases and hold relevant financial certifications such as CPA or CFA, which further enhance your qualifications for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting cost-benefit analyses for new projects, setting and tracking KPIs, and performing root cause analyses to eliminate obstacles to success. You will develop financial models that optimize the overall profitability of Coupang's logistics and fulfillment business, guiding leadership in decision-making processes with comprehensive insights. Your work will involve creating quarterly, monthly, and weekly business plans, providing an end-to-end view that includes fulfillment, logistics operations, and customer impact. You will manage both financial and non-financial KPIs, driving initiatives that align with company goals and enhance customer experience.
