What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for constructing financial models for new initiatives and key projects, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and tracking KPIs to ensure financial health. You will develop and review operational plans for customer and seller interactions, collaborating closely with senior operational leaders to provide guidance and leadership. Your work will involve minimizing risks associated with return processes and inventory loss through financial modeling and analysis, ensuring that the best choices are presented to the team. You will also propose reasonable cost allocations for inventory loss across business channels, managing budgets in alignment with company goals. Your role will require you to dive deep into business operations, continuously seeking ways to enhance customer satisfaction through effective financial strategies.
