What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee all HR functions for Coupang's office-based employees in Taiwan. You will manage a small team, focusing on improving employee policies and guidelines to foster a positive workplace culture. Your daily operations will include managing the new hire and exit processes, conducting HR audits, and maintaining employee data. You will also support payroll processes and assist with local government requests, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
