You are a certified labor attorney with at least 5 years of practical experience in human resources and labor management within a company of over 300 employees. Your expertise includes handling labor supervision and responding to labor disputes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You possess excellent skills in MS-Office, particularly Excel, which you use to manage and analyze labor-related data effectively. You have a strong understanding of internal regulations and are capable of managing various labor issues that arise in a dynamic work environment.
Desirable
Experience in the logistics or distribution industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced in this sector. Familiarity with labor supervision and dispute resolution processes will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. You are proactive in planning and conducting labor training sessions for management, ensuring that all staff are well-informed about labor laws and company policies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee labor supervision and manage responses to labor disputes, ensuring that all cases are handled in accordance with legal standards.
