You have over 4 years of experience in legal, compliance, and regulatory matters, particularly within the manufacturing and commerce sectors. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proactive approach to handling practical legal issues that arise in product development and operations. Your ability to conduct legal research and draft documents is complemented by your strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks effectively.

You possess a keen understanding of compliance policies and guidelines, and you are adept at preparing training materials to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and compliant with internal policies. Your experience includes responding to regulatory requests and collaborating with external experts to resolve disputes, showcasing your ability to work effectively with various teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will research and support legal and regulatory issues related to Coupang Private Label Brands (CPLB) products and services. You will assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, summarizing key points, and updating standard contracts to ensure compliance with current regulations. You will also prepare internal compliance policies and guidelines, as well as training materials to educate employees on these policies.

You will support the response to regulatory agency requests by organizing facts, compiling relevant documents, and preparing response documents. In the event of disputes, you will assist in case documentation and collaborate with external experts to address legal challenges. Your role will also involve managing legal and regulatory documents, ensuring that all materials are organized and accessible for future reference.
