You have experience in planning and executing live events, particularly in the entertainment or cultural sectors. Your background includes direct negotiations with international artists, agencies, and promoters, showcasing your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships. You understand the intricacies of contracts, proposals, and licensing agreements, which are essential for this role. You are proficient in business communication in English, enabling you to engage effectively with global partners. You possess a high level of responsibility and operational capability, allowing you to manage complex projects and collaborate seamlessly with various departments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and negotiating performances with global artists, ensuring that all agreements align with Coupang Play's strategic goals. You will draft proposals and develop strategies for securing performances, coordinating venue bookings, scheduling, and overseeing the entire production process. Your duties will include managing contracts and licensing discussions, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and administrative processes related to events. You will also oversee production schedules, including stage, sound, lighting, and video management, while maintaining communication with partners and stakeholders throughout the process. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing budgets, including P&L statements, and establishing ticketing policies in collaboration with partners.
