You understand the nuances of working with third-party partners and have a proven track record of driving performance through KPI management.

Your experience in retail or logistics has given you a solid foundation in the operational aspects of e-commerce. You are adept at defining and enhancing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your ability to resolve daily and weekly issues ensures that operations run smoothly and meet customer expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the cross-border and import business supply chain for Coupang in Taiwan. You will be responsible for defining and executing import requirements by category, ensuring that millions of customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. Your role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders to manage the fulfillment process and enhance customer experience.

You will also manage relationships with third-party import and fulfillment partners, leading the planning and KPI management structure to drive performance to meet standards and targets. As the main point of contact for internal stakeholders across Coupang locations, you will communicate effectively regarding all import-related subjects for Taiwan, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams.
