You have over 5 years of experience in air freight management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives. Your expertise in the freight forwarding market allows you to navigate complex logistics challenges effectively. You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing P&Ls and driving profitable growth. Your relationship-building skills enable you to create strong partnerships with carriers and customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You thrive in a hands-on leadership role, guiding teams across multiple locations and fostering a collaborative environment. You are passionate about leveraging innovative technology to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
Desirable
Experience in a technology-driven logistics environment is a plus, as is familiarity with software engineering processes to collaborate effectively with tech teams. A background in managing cross-functional teams and projects will further enhance your candidacy.
