Who you are

You have over 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, particularly with medium to large vehicle scheduling. Your background includes working in e-commerce, retail, or logistics companies, giving you a solid understanding of the industry. You hold a degree in a relevant field such as transportation or supply chain management. You possess excellent communication skills and can converse in basic English, which helps in collaborating with international teams. Your computer skills are strong, particularly in data management and analysis, with proficiency in SQL.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound truck transportation between Coupang's logistics centers, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will plan and implement all operational routes for Coupang, continuously reviewing service levels to improve operational processes. Your focus will be on reducing costs through efficient truck routing and scheduling. You will engage in ongoing discussions with relevant departments such as SCM, CFS, retail, and Hub Ops to enhance work efficiency. You will also analyze the current state of transportation services and work collaboratively to improve service levels. Managing transportation partners and overseeing operational management and settlement by route will be key aspects of your role. You will develop overall strategies for truck transportation, aiming to enhance operational processes and communication.
