What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Coupang, you will own and drive the product vision and strategy for Coupang Eats Ads — you will be responsible for defining the roadmap and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and beyond, ensuring that products meet customer needs and deliver on business goals. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring your product vision to life, facilitating collaboration and communication across departments.

You will represent the voice of the customer, leveraging insights and data to inform product decisions and prioritize features that enhance the customer shopping experience. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and staying ahead of industry developments to ensure that Coupang remains a leader in the e-commerce space. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your products and iterate based on feedback and performance data.

You will also play a key role in stakeholder management, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and engaged throughout the product development process. You will lead product meetings, present updates to senior leadership, and advocate for your product initiatives within the organization.
