Desirable

Experience in the advertising technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven design methodologies. You are comfortable using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and you have a portfolio that showcases your design process and outcomes. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product design efforts for Coupang Ads, shaping the future of advertising solutions that empower sellers and brand owners. You will define and communicate the design vision, ensuring it aligns with the overall product strategy and business goals. You will mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering their professional growth and encouraging innovative thinking. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into actionable design solutions, conducting user research and usability testing to validate your designs. You will advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization, ensuring that the customer experience is at the forefront of product development.
