Who you are

You have 4+ years of experience in QA roles focused on Information Systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of business systems such as ERP, CRM, and Billing. Your proficiency in Salesforce is essential, as is your ability to write and execute test cases for complex system flows. You possess a basic understanding of API testing, which complements your hands-on approach to quality assurance. Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will plan, design, and execute manual and semi-automated test cases for various Information Systems applications. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to understand system flows and integrations, validating end-to-end processes and system stability across multiple platforms. Identifying defects and areas for improvement in existing IS tools and workflows will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also maintain detailed documentation of testing activities and results, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the testing process.
