Your expertise in testing techniques and tools allows you to lead a QA team effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate with various stakeholders and influence quality standards across the organization. Your analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities help you identify issues and drive improvements in QA processes. You are proficient in automation and scripting, which is essential for enhancing testing efficiency and reliability. Your ability to mentor and guide team members fosters a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the QA team.

Desirable

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience in e-commerce platforms, particularly in pre-purchase and purchase stages, is a plus. Holding QA certifications such as ISTQB or Six Sigma will be advantageous. Knowledge of globalization testing and the ability to lead transitions to AI-based testing operations will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish a clear vision and strategy for QA functions that align with business objectives. You will lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, testers, and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing robust QA processes, workflows, and metrics to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA activities into the software development lifecycle, focusing on the e-commerce platform's purchasing processes. Developing and executing a comprehensive test automation strategy will be crucial for enhancing testing efficiency and coverage. You will regularly review and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies based on industry best practices and stakeholder feedback. Acting as the primary point of contact for quality-related communications, you will provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders on quality goals and priorities. Maintaining a product availability rate of 99.99% for Coupang Eats will be a key performance indicator for your team.
