You have over 5 years of experience in product management, including the formulation, delivery, and execution of product vision. You are an analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and ambiguous entrepreneurial culture. Your ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams is a key strength. You possess fluent communication skills in both Japanese (N1 level) and English, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Coupang, you will manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for the Rocket Now app. You will deeply understand customer needs and reflect their voices in product requirements, defining use cases and success metrics throughout the product lifecycle from conception to launch. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to enhance purchase conversion by eliminating friction points in the end-to-end shopping experience. You will ensure that the product vision is communicated effectively across teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive the expansion of customer, store, and delivery partner bases. Additionally, you will build best-in-class shopping and logistics experiences for both mobile apps and websites.
