What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the support and introduction of new IT technologies for end user computing within Coupang's Fulfillment Operations. You will be responsible for evaluating and implementing systems that enhance the productivity and efficiency of end users. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that the technology solutions meet the operational needs of the business. Your role will involve hands-on engineering work, as well as strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives.

You will oversee the deployment of new systems and ensure that they are integrated seamlessly into existing operations. This includes managing the lifecycle of IT assets and ensuring that all systems are maintained and updated regularly. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise, providing support to end users as needed.
