What you'll do

As a Customer Success Partner at CreatorIQ, you will manage a portfolio of high-value agency partners, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, aligning CreatorIQ’s platform capabilities with their needs. Your role will involve regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions to ensure that clients are maximizing the value of the platform.

You will collaborate with internal teams to advocate for your clients, ensuring that their feedback is incorporated into product development and enhancements. Your insights will help shape the direction of CreatorIQ’s offerings, making you an integral part of the product lifecycle. You will also be responsible for tracking client success metrics and reporting on progress, helping clients see the tangible results of their investment.

In addition to managing client relationships, you will play a key role in onboarding new clients, providing training and resources to ensure a smooth transition to the CreatorIQ platform. You will develop and deliver presentations that showcase the platform’s capabilities and best practices, empowering clients to leverage the tools available to them effectively.
