You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or social media sectors — your experience has equipped you with the skills to foster strong client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with the products you support. You are adept at onboarding new clients and guiding them through the adoption of technology, ensuring they derive maximum value from the services provided. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with clients allows you to understand their needs and challenges, positioning you as a trusted advisor.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams — your interpersonal skills enable you to liaise effectively with colleagues from various departments, ensuring that client feedback is communicated and acted upon. You are results-driven and have a knack for identifying opportunities for client expansion, leveraging your analytical skills to assess client usage and satisfaction metrics. You are passionate about helping clients succeed and are committed to their long-term growth.

Desirable

Experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the landscape in which your clients operate. Familiarity with analytics tools and customer experience management suites will enhance your ability to provide insights and recommendations to clients. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Emplifi, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to maximize their use of our social media management platform. You will lead the onboarding process for new clients, helping them navigate our tools and features while providing training and resources to facilitate their success. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and usage, allowing you to proactively address any concerns and identify opportunities for further engagement.

You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving client retention and renewal rates. By analyzing client data and feedback, you will be able to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they see the value in our offerings. You will also work with the product team to relay client insights and suggestions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform.

In addition to managing existing client relationships, you will be responsible for identifying expansion opportunities within your portfolio. This may involve upselling additional features or services that align with the client's goals and objectives. You will leverage your understanding of the client's business and industry to propose solutions that drive their success and enhance their experience with Emplifi.
