What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend at Cresta, you will play a key role in developing the user-facing components of our AI-driven platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that empower contact center teams.

You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring the performance and responsiveness of applications. Your role will involve conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

You will also participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical direction of the frontend team. Your insights will help shape the future of our platform as we expand our operations in Romania and beyond.
