You are a strategic and credible leader with a proven track record in talent acquisition. With extensive experience in building and scaling hiring processes, you understand the nuances of recruiting across technical, go-to-market, general and administrative, executive, and early career roles. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with executive leadership and the Head of People to align talent strategies with business goals.
Your ability to execute is matched by your strategic thinking. You have a deep understanding of the talent landscape and are adept at identifying and attracting top talent in a competitive market. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience in AI or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with innovative recruiting techniques and tools. You are passionate about creating an inclusive hiring process that attracts diverse talent and fosters a positive candidate experience.
What you'll do
As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Cresta, you will own the talent acquisition strategy and outcomes for the organization. You will lead a team of recruiters and work closely with hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
You will partner with executive leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization and align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives. This includes forecasting hiring needs, developing job descriptions, and creating targeted recruitment campaigns. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent. You will leverage social media, networking, and other channels to promote Cresta as an employer of choice. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
