You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on scaling teams and processes in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you thrive on coaching and developing your team to achieve top-notch results. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using metrics to guide your strategies. You are proactive in building durable pipelines and have a knack for optimizing hiring processes to ensure quality and speed. Your ability to partner with senior leadership allows you to influence hiring strategies effectively, especially in a global context.
Desirable
Experience with AI and automation in recruitment processes is a plus, as is familiarity with hiring in diverse geographical markets, particularly Mexico. You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always looking for ways to improve the talent acquisition function.
What you'll do
As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Restaurant365, you will lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, driving the strategy and execution of the full hiring lifecycle. You will be responsible for building a scalable talent acquisition function that supports the company's growth and performance culture. Your role will involve establishing clear metrics for success, improving the quality and efficiency of talent acquisition reporting, and providing regular updates to senior leadership on hiring progress. You will also take ownership of key searches and step in where needed to ensure strong hiring outcomes. Your leadership will help shift the talent acquisition approach from reactive to proactive, creating a repeatable strategy for hiring in Mexico and optimizing the use of AI and automation in recruitment.
