You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with extensive experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with business goals. What you'll do
As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Vibe, you will be responsible for defining and executing the hiring strategy that supports the company's ambitious growth targets. You will lead a team of 5+ recruiters, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and resources needed to attract the top 1% of talent in the market. Your role will involve designing scalable recruitment strategies that meet aggressive annual headcount goals while maintaining a focus on quality and cultural fit.
You will coach your team on advanced sourcing techniques and innovative recruitment methods, leveraging creative channels to identify and engage passive candidates. Collaborating closely with the Chief People Officer and other stakeholders, you will align recruitment efforts with the company's overall business strategy, ensuring that talent acquisition is a key driver of growth.
In addition to managing the recruitment team, you will analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve processes and outcomes. You will also play a crucial role in shaping the employer brand, ensuring that Vibe is recognized as an employer of choice in the industry. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
