You have a strong background in product operations, ideally with experience in a technology or AI-driven environment. You understand how to build systems and processes that enhance product delivery and customer satisfaction. Your ability to work cross-functionally is key, as you will collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive alignment and improve operational efficiency.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for analyzing data to derive insights that inform product decisions. Your experience in managing projects and processes will help you navigate the complexities of a fast-paced environment. You are a proactive communicator, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Product Operations Manager at Cresta, you will play a critical role in building the systems and processes that enable our teams to deliver high-impact product and customer outcomes. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to streamline operations and improve product delivery. Your insights will help shape the product strategy and ensure that customer needs are met effectively.

You will be responsible for driving alignment across various teams, ensuring that everyone is working towards common goals. This includes facilitating communication between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
