You have a background in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Your experience in project or program management has equipped you with the skills to handle complex processes and think about scalable solutions. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can influence others without direct hierarchical authority. A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and engineering workflows is essential for your success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Product Operations Manager at Vana, you will coordinate cross-tribe initiatives, ensuring that the product organization functions as a cohesive system. You will manage the roadmap and dependencies, providing support for strategic planning and ensuring visibility and communication of results across teams. Your role will involve optimizing operational cadence and facilitating functional integration, which is crucial as the company scales across multiple products and countries. You will act as a strategic execution partner, working closely with various teams to ensure rapid and clear execution of initiatives.
