Cresta is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive AI transformation in customer experience. You'll partner with Sales Directors to guide customers through the design and validation of AI-powered solutions. This role requires a blend of business consulting and technical expertise.

You have a strong background in customer experience and technology, ideally with experience in AI solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with various stakeholders and understand their needs. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions. You are proactive in identifying customer challenges and are skilled at providing innovative solutions that drive success. You understand the importance of customer insights and are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions.
Desirable
Experience in the contact center industry or familiarity with AI technologies would be a plus. A background in sales engineering or technical consulting is also beneficial. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing customer needs. Familiarity with data analytics and customer relationship management tools would enhance your effectiveness in this role.
