What you'll do
As a Strategic Solutions Engineer at Cresta, you will partner with Sales Directors to engage with prospective customers, guiding them through the discovery, design, and validation of AI-powered solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise to demonstrate the value of Cresta's platform, helping clients understand how AI can enhance their customer interactions and operational efficiency.
You will conduct needs assessments and collaborate with customers to design solutions that meet their specific requirements.
