What you'll do
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Hightouch, you will engage with some of the biggest names in the industry, helping them leverage our AI platform to transform their marketing workflows. You will work closely with clients to identify their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their data utilization. Your role will involve deep dives into customer problems, collaborating with internal teams to innovate and improve the ways customers interact with data. You will also be responsible for educating clients on best practices and ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.
What we offer
Hightouch offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $133,000 to $161,000 annually, with on-target earnings between $190,000 and $230,000. You will also receive meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
