What you'll do

As a Technical Project Manager at Cribl, you will orchestrate service engagements that help customers unlock the value of their observability data — you will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and ensuring that delivery milestones are met. You will lead internal initiatives aimed at improving team operations and scalability, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

You will collaborate closely with product teams to align service delivery with product capabilities, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the engagement.
