What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Cribl, you will be an active member of the Platform Team, collaborating with Product and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end features and functionality. You will help define and refine the software development processes, ensuring that your team approaches problems with an iterative and incremental mindset. Your role will involve taking ownership of product-related challenges, working closely with your team to design and implement solutions that meet user needs.

You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the team and the company as a whole, as you work to deliver high-quality software that meets the demands of Cribl's customers. You will also participate in team discussions, providing insights and suggestions that drive continuous improvement in the development process.
