Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in managing customer-facing systems. Your background includes working with Salesforce products, and you understand how to leverage technology to enhance customer support and success. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a remote-first environment and is passionate about putting customers first.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform product decisions. Your experience includes defining and prioritizing product roadmaps, and you have a knack for translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders. You are also familiar with AI technologies and how they can be applied to improve customer experiences.
What you'll do
As the Staff Product Manager, you will define and deliver the product roadmap for Cribl's Support & Services systems, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer support operations and enhance the efficiency of professional services. Your role will involve gathering requirements from stakeholders, conducting user research, and prioritizing features that align with business goals.
You will lead initiatives to integrate AI capabilities into the support systems, aiming to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Collaborating with engineering and design teams, you will ensure that the product vision is executed effectively and that the solutions meet the needs of both customers and partners. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance metrics and iterating on features based on user feedback.
