You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in developing and managing products that enhance employee experiences. Your background includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and HR, to create impactful solutions. You are adept at translating complex data into intuitive user experiences and have a strong understanding of talent management processes. You are passionate about building systems that scale and improve employee engagement and performance.
Desirable
Experience in the People Operations or HR technology space is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and how it can inform product decisions will set you apart. What you'll do
As the Staff Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a suite of custom-built talent management products at DoorDash.
