What you'll do

As a Partner in the IPO Accounting Advisory team, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional advisory solutions to clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that financial reporting and operational governance are meticulously handled throughout the IPO process. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of the practice, allowing you to support both growth and enterprise-sized clients effectively.

You will collaborate with third-party advisors, including bankers, attorneys, and auditors, to ensure that all aspects of the IPO process are managed efficiently. Working closely with executive leadership, you will drive successful IPO engagements and contribute to the overall strategy of the firm. Your role will involve mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence, and encouraging innovative thinking within the practice.
