You are an experienced leader with a strong background in advisory services, particularly in Initial Public Offerings (IPO). You have a proven track record of driving growth and developing practices that support enterprise-sized clients. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with third-party advisors, including bankers, attorneys, and auditors. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Transaction Advisory Services team, specializing in IPOs. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and operational governance, ensuring that all processes are meticulously managed. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including third-party advisors, to facilitate successful IPO engagements. You will drive the growth and development of the practice, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
