What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Transaction Advisory Services team, focusing on Initial Public Offerings (IPO). You will be responsible for ensuring that financial reporting and operational governance are meticulously handled throughout the IPO process. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including third-party advisors and executive leadership, to drive successful IPO engagements. You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing practice that delivers exceptional value to both growth and enterprise-sized clients.

You will also be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that enhance the practice's capabilities and market presence. Your leadership will guide the team in navigating the complexities of IPO transactions, ensuring that all aspects of financial reporting and risk management are addressed.
