Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in commercial negotiations, particularly in the energy sector, with a focus on securing large-scale Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Your experience includes working with Independent Power Producers and utilities, ensuring that you can navigate complex energy markets effectively. You possess a deep understanding of commercial frameworks, including physical and financial hedges, which allows you to design and execute sophisticated agreements that meet the needs of both Crusoe and its partners.
Your analytical skills are top-notch, enabling you to evaluate energy market dynamics and internal equity. You are adept at bridging the gap between finance, law, and engineering, ensuring that all commercial terms align with operational requirements.
