Overview

Fivetran is hiring a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to empower their commercial sales organization. You'll leverage your expertise in sales methodologies and data analysis to drive growth across the customer lifecycle. This role is based in Denver with a hybrid work model.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to leverage data to drive strategic decisions and improve sales performance. You excel at building collaborative relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring that enablement initiatives align with business goals. You are adept at identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and using them to measure the success of enablement programs. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are passionate about empowering sales teams and have a track record of implementing successful enablement programs that drive growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Commercial Leadership to develop and execute a world-class enablement program focused on driving growth across the entire customer lifecycle. You will build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure that enablement initiatives directly address their strategic priorities. Leveraging data and analytics, you will identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and design enablement programs that equip the salesforce with the tools, knowledge, and strategies they need to win. You will conduct training sessions, create resources, and provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team is well-prepared to engage with customers effectively. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of learning and development within the sales organization.
