Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in large-scale projects. Your expertise spans civil, structural, and mechanical systems, and you excel in leading teams through complex builds. You are adept at managing multiple contractors and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle. You are committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards on-site, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can make a tangible impact.
Desirable
Experience with AI data centers or high-performance computing facilities is a plus. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and technologies will set you apart. You are also comfortable using project management software and tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the construction of large-scale AI data centers, overseeing all phases from structural build-out to interior fit-out. You will manage multiple scopes of work across civil, structural, and MEP systems, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include directing subcontractors, resolving field issues, and maintaining project schedules. You will also be responsible for conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. As a key leader in the organization, you will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the construction aligns with the overall vision and goals of the project.
