What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the construction of mission-critical AI data centers across the U.S., overseeing all phases from structural build-out to interior fit-out. You will manage multiple scopes or buildings within a campus, directing subcontractors and ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to resolve field issues and maintain project timelines. You will be instrumental in driving the safe and efficient delivery of hyperscale facilities, ensuring that all construction activities align with Crusoe's commitment to sustainability and innovation. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations throughout the construction process.
