What you'll do

As a Construction Manager at Crusoe, you will lead the construction of hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S. — your role will involve overseeing all phases of construction, from site work and structural systems to MEP infrastructure and interior build-outs. You will manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring that projects are executed according to the established timelines and budgets. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various trades, managing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will also be responsible for managing project costs and schedules, working closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all aspects of the construction process are aligned with project goals. Your ability to navigate complex technical requirements will be essential as you work to deliver high-quality facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and high-performance computing.
