Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in construction management, particularly in data center projects, and possess a deep understanding of all facets of the building process—from initial planning to project completion. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage construction teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You thrive in high-stakes environments and have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering and project management teams.

You are detail-oriented and have exceptional project management skills, allowing you to navigate complex construction challenges while maintaining a focus on sustainability and efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll do

In this role, you will be directly responsible for overseeing the General Contractor and acting as a key interface between the Engineering, Project Management, and Construction Teams. You will lead construction activities at a hyperscale data center campus, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with various teams to address any challenges that arise during the construction process.

You will also be involved in the initial planning stages, working closely with engineering teams to develop project specifications and timelines. Your expertise will guide the construction process, from foundational work through to project turnover. You will be expected to travel to various project sites as needed, ensuring that all teams are supported and that projects are progressing as planned.
