You are an expert in Gainsight, leveraging its capabilities to optimize customer enablement and adoption. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into data, measuring the efficacy of customer-facing initiatives and demonstrating their ROI. You understand the importance of aligning customer needs with business objectives, ensuring that every interaction adds value.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights helps drive strategic decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution across critical operational verticals, focusing on customer enablement and adoption content strategy. You will partner with Product and Marketing teams to define the enablement roadmap, ensuring customers have timely access to resources that maximize their adoption and usage of Crusoe's offerings. You will implement and track customer-facing training programs, measuring their effectiveness through metrics such as content usage and time-to-value.
You will oversee reporting and tooling initiatives, ensuring that the systems in place support the Customer Success Managers in their efforts to drive customer advocacy. Your hands-on approach to data analysis will help identify trends and areas for improvement, allowing you to refine processes and enhance customer experiences continuously.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining metrics that demonstrate the impact of customer enablement initiatives, proving their ROI to stakeholders. Your strategic mindset will help you align operational goals with broader business objectives, ensuring that the customer journey is seamless and effective.
