Who you are
You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a finance role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. You are comfortable working closely with senior leadership and have a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency in a business environment.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will be the dedicated Finance Business Partner to the Vice President of Manufacturing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about contributing to a mission-driven organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support one of Crusoe's core revenue-generating business units by providing financial insights and analysis. You will drive profitable growth by enhancing operational efficiency and guiding strategic decision-making through your analytical expertise. Your work will directly influence the financial trajectory of the organization, making your contributions vital to the company's success.
You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Manufacturing, ensuring alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.
