Overview

TripActions is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to drive financial analysis and reporting for the Navan Growth Segment. You'll work closely with executive leaders and develop automated processes to scale the business. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in financial forecasting.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in supporting Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. Your expertise includes developing financial models and conducting pricing and packaging analysis, which allows you to provide valuable insights into business performance. You excel at data-driven storytelling, effectively communicating complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with product and go-to-market teams to drive strategic decisions.

You are detail-oriented and analytical, with hands-on experience in financial forecasting processes, including revenue, COGS, and gross margins. You have a proven track record of investigating financial discrepancies and identifying root causes, ensuring accuracy in reporting. Your ability to deliver clear and actionable KPI reporting is complemented by your strong technical skills in data analysis and financial modeling.

Desirable

Experience with automated financial processes and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with cohort and funnel metrics related to activation, conversion, and retention. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end financial forecasting processes for the Navan Growth Segment, collaborating with executive leaders to provide strategic finance partnership. You will act as a subject matter expert on growth economics, developing business cases and assessments to guide strategic decisions related to company growth and profitability initiatives. Your responsibilities will include building financial models to define success metrics and partnering with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams from ideation through scale.

You will investigate financial discrepancies, identify root causes, and effectively communicate your findings to cross-functional teams. Your role will also involve delivering clear and actionable KPI reporting to support decision-making processes across the organization. You will be embedded within the business, providing insights and recommendations that drive financial performance and support new business initiatives.
