Crusoe is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for their weekend shift in Arvada, CO. You'll manage inventory levels and oversee materials within the ERP system. This role requires 3-5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.

Who you are
You have 3-5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment — you've managed inventory levels and ensured accuracy in a fast-paced setting. Your proficiency with MRP systems allows you to effectively oversee finished goods inventories and conduct annual physical inventories. You understand the importance of maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production operations and have a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies.
You are skilled in inventory transaction management — you can transact the movement of inventory for multiple projects, ensuring proper documentation is completed and procedures are followed. Your analytical skills enable you to perform root cause analysis when discrepancies arise, ensuring that inventory accuracy is maintained. You thrive in environments where you can drive meaningful innovation and make a tangible impact.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory transactions within the WMS/ERP systems, ensuring that the physical movement of goods matches the documented transactions. You will conduct cycle counts to control inventory accuracy and minimize variances, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth production operations. Your responsibilities will include identifying discrepancies and performing root cause analysis to address any issues that arise.
You will oversee the documentation of material requisitions and ensure that all procedures are followed before and after any inventory movement. Your attention to detail will help maintain inventory accuracy, which is essential for the success of the production team. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that necessary materials are available when needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations.
