Job Description
Who you are
You have 3-5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment — you've successfully managed inventory levels and ensured accuracy in a fast-paced setting. Your proficiency with MRP systems allows you to efficiently oversee materials and finished goods inventories.
You are detail-oriented and skilled in conducting cycle counts to minimize variances — your analytical mindset helps you identify discrepancies and perform root cause analysis effectively. You understand the importance of maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production operations.
What you'll do
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for transacting the movement of inventory for multiple projects — ensuring that proper documentation is completed and procedures are followed before and after any inventory movement. You will manage transactions within the WMS/ERP to match the physical movement of goods, which is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy.
You will conduct monthly cycle counts of materials and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained — your role is vital for providing timely access to necessary materials for production. You will also oversee finished goods inventories and conduct annual physical inventories to ensure compliance with company standards.
